Every piece in the Just Breathe store carries the same small idea: that the breath you take next can change the breath you take after it. The wordmark prints are deliberately understated. They are not trying to be a billboard. They are a soft cue you give yourself in the mirror, on the train, mid-meeting — a private reminder to slow your exhale, drop your shoulders, and re-enter your body.

The fabrics are chosen to feel like the practice itself: soft, organic cotton for the tees; brushed-fleece interior for the hoodies; heavyweight cotton for pieces meant to outlast a season. Every garment is printed in small runs to keep waste low. Sizes are unisex and run true to a relaxed European fit.

Where the proceeds go

One hundred percent of profit after fabric and print costs goes back into Just Breathe — funding translations into more of the 63 supported languages, building new breathing technique guides like box breathing and 4-7-8 breathing, and keeping the site fast, accessible, and ad-free. There is no paywall and no upsell on the exercises themselves — that is the whole point. The merch supports the mission; it does not replace it.

Shipping and care

We ship worldwide from a small print partner in Portugal. Each order is hand-finished and packaged in recyclable kraft, with a slip card listing the breathing pattern that goes with the colour you chose. Wash cool, hang dry — these are pieces meant to soften over time, like a good notebook.
