Support Just Breathe
This is a small project built with care. Your donation keeps it free, ad-free, and helps add more languages, exercises, and gentle features.
Every contribution — big or small — keeps the breath flowing. Thank you. 🙏
Why your support matters
Just Breathe is a free, ad-free breathing companion used in more than 60 languages — from English and Spanish to Hindi, Tamil, Yoruba, and Aramaic. There is no signup, no paywall, and no tracking by advertisers. That is a deliberate choice. Breathing exercises should be available the moment someone needs them, in the language they think in, on whatever device is in their hand.
Every donation goes directly into the work that makes that possible: translating new languages, recording fresh visual guides, adding science-backed techniques like box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, and coherent breathing, and keeping the servers fast and the experience calm. A €3 coffee covers a day of hosting. €15 funds a new language launch. €30 sponsors a new technique with full localisation across every supported language.
What your donation funds
- Translating breathing exercises and educational content into underserved languages — including Swahili, Amharic, Igbo, Hausa, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Punjabi, and many more.
- Maintaining the interactive breathing animation so it stays accessible, low-bandwidth, and works on older phones.
- Researching and writing the breathing-technique guides — box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and more — that anchor the educational side of the site.
- Keeping the site ad-free, tracker-free, and free for every visitor. No paywall, no upsells, no email capture.
Other ways to help
If a donation is not possible right now, that is more than fine — and you can still help. Share a breathing technique with someone who needs it. Send a friend the link to 4-7-8 breathing when they cannot sleep, or box breathing before a hard conversation. Translate a section into a language we have not added yet. Write to us with what you wish existed. The project grows because people who use it tell other people it exists.
