Breathing has no language barrier
Just Breathe is built so that anyone — anywhere — can find a calming, science-backed breathing exercise in the language they think in. This map is a visual index of that work. Each flag pin marks a country where the guided exercises are available, including English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (European and Brazilian), Italian, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Romanian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Turkish, Greek, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Catalan, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Persian, Marathi, Albanian, Armenian, Swahili, Amharic, Hausa, Yoruba, Zulu, Afrikaans, Somali, Igbo, Aramaic, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Urdu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Nepali, Sinhala, Javanese, Sundanese, and Malay.
Toggle to the Networks view in the top-right of the map and the same projection switches to show where each major social network and messenger was founded — Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, Signal, Threema, VK, Viber, Messenger — and the countries where each one has serious user reach. Sharing a breathing technique on the platform you already use is the fastest way to put it in the hands of someone who needs it.
How to use the map
- Click any flag pin to switch the entire site into that language — the URL updates to /de, /ja, /ar, etc., so you can bookmark or share the localised version directly.
- Hover any pin to see the full language name in its native script and the region or country it covers.
- Use the toggle in the top-right of the map to switch between languages and the social network landscape.
If your language is not on the map yet and you would like to help bring it in, the donations page outlines how new languages are funded — typically one full localisation per €15 contribution.
